Apple has finally revealed the new iPad at an event in San Francisco this week. As per the reviews the new iPad has some phenomenal improvements. Of course the name of this new release is not included in these improvements. Don’t know what the new iPad is being called? It is called the ‘new iPad’. Yes that’s true. Not iPad 3 or iPad HD. It is just the ‘new iPad’. The new iPad release date is 16th March 2012
The new iPad has a bold statement and it is said to have better screen display and more memory than Xbox 360 and PS3. This version comes equipped with a Retina display (2048 x 1536 pixels) and a A5X processor on board - which Apple is calling ‘twice as fast’ as Tegra 3, and offers four time the graphics performance of Nvidia’s chip. Due to these new specs, Apple claims that it beats the consoles when it comes to gaming.
During the launch of the new iPad, Apple also announces two games which take advantage of these improved specs. These are:

- DungeonsSky Gamblers
Apple suggested in the launch that people said they preferred gaming in an iPad and so the enhanced and improved resolution and faster processor is not going to disappoint those who are used to the visuals on a PS3 or Xbox 360.
